of illusions
to understand life’s truth
and break through
the barriers of prejudice
against difference
to embrace the oneness
and uniqueness
of all.

Enlightenment is
emergence from inner darkness
into light
from agonizing heaviness
into spring-in-the-step lightness
limitlessly expanding
your true self
being
increasingly joyously alive
and present
in each eternal moment.
